M237R Furring Channel Resilient Mount
Acoustic Clip for Walls and Ceilings
The Resilmount® M237R is an engineered, patented acoustic mount (also known as a resilient clip) designed for direct fixing of Studco® furring channels. It provides industry-leading sound isolation by significantly reducing structural vibration and airborne noise transfer in both acoustic wall and ceiling assemblies.
Whether you are isolating a multi-residential party wall or a commercial acoustic ceiling, this acoustic furring channel clip decouples the plasterboard lining from the internal framing, effectively disrupting the sound transmission path.
Advanced Acoustic Engineering & Material Design
Standard rubber components often degrade over time and fail to isolate low-frequency hums. The Resilmount M237R resilient mount utilises our patented thermoplastic rubber element that outperforms standard compounds due to its natural sound-absorbing characteristics.
The Resilmount M237R is designed and manufactured by Studco Building Systems with a specialised, structural “sound cell,” this sound isolation clip minimises the surface area contact point between the furring channel and the substrate. The strong column architecture guards against sound transferring, absorbing and breaking up impact and airborne noise right at the transfer point.
